Zona Halelor Centrale in plină „renovare” sau despre transformarea orașului interbelic în orașul muncitoresc.

Imaginea surprinde construcția blocurilor de pe fosta strada I.V. Lenin (actuala stradă General Vasile Milea), stradă situată pe latura vestică a Halelor Centrale. In plan apropiat se ridica blocul cunoscut astăzi ca „7 etaje”.
