Intrarea pe strada Mihail Kogălniceanu (fostă Franceză) la puțin timp după sistematizarea urbană ce a schimbat radical arhitectura zonei.
În plan îndepărtat se observă clădirea fostului „Grand Hotel Luca Moise” de la intersecția străzii Mihail Kogălniceanu cu strada Basarabilor (fostă Basarabi).
