Casa „Doctor Constantin Vasiliu” a fost construită, în stil neoclasic, la sfârșitul secolului XIX (1880-1890) după planurile arhitectului Leonida Negrescu. În prezent, imobilul a fost restaurat / renovat în totalitate de către noul său proprietar, Centrul Cultural Protoieria Ploiești Nord.
